Restoring ancient artifacts
Brent Seales, a professor at the University of Kentucky, has been awarded a grant from the National Endowment for the Humanities (NEH) to create a cultural heritage imaging and analysis laboratory. The lab will restore ancient artifacts thought to be damaged beyond repair.
Clinical treatments for obesity
A new partnership between Vanderbilt University’s Warren Center for Neuroscience Drug Discovery and clinical stage biopharmaceutical company Soleno Therapeutics will conduct further research into new clinical treatments for multiple obesity syndromes.
