  • Silicon Valley-based health tech firm HST Pathways is moving its headquarters to Nashville because of the city being a hub of health care companies and health care innovation. The company opened a satellite office in Nashville five years ago.

  • Global private equity firm CVC Capital Partners has acquired a majority interest in Icario, a Minneapolis-based health action company that offers solutions leveraging behavioral and data sciences to help make people healthier.
