FUELING THE FUTURE: Aspire Software acquired | Mandolin closes on $12M | 3D intelligence

ST. LOUIS, MO—Aspire Software, which provides management tools for landscaping, snow and ice, and construction businesses, has been acquired by ServiceTitan, a CA-based company that offers management software for businesses such as pest control, pool care and plumbing. Aspire Software will continue operating in St. Louis.
CINCINNATI, OH—Just five months raising $20 million, Physna, which makes a 3D intelligence platform, has raised $56 million in a Series B funding round. The company plans to use the capital to grow Physna Enterprise, its deep-learning platform and Thangs, its free geometric search engine which allows users to search, store, share and collaborate on 2.5 million 3D models. INDIANAPOLIS, IN—Live-streaming startup Mandolin closed a $12 million Series A funding round. Mandolin describes itself as a digital fan engagement company, allowing artists and venues to create new connections with fans.
WISCONSIN—According to a report from the Wisconsin Technology Council, early-stage Wisconsin companies raised more than $483 million in 2020 in at least 114 deals — the most money raised in a year since the council began collecting the data in 2008. The money came from a mix of venture capital and angel investors, crowdfunding campaigns and accelerator programs, according to the report.
