Specialized tech talent in national security

ST. LOUIS, MO–Innovation nonprofits LaunchCode and Cortex Innovation Community have announced a partnership to meet a critical need for specialized technology talent in the national security and geospatial industries in the St. Louis region. The partnership will create a program for training veterans with a high-level national security clearance for in-demand technical roles.

MO school chosen to help develop NASA tech

ROLLA, MO—Missouri University of Science and Technology is one of three universities NASA chose for a project to develop technologies so scientists can eventually live and work on the moon. The university will receive up to a $2 million grant to research resource extraction from the moon as part of NASA’s new Artemis project, intended to return astronauts to the moon for longer-term missions.

New accelerator comes to Tulsa

MILWAUKEE, WI—Two companies have joined forces to bring new tech to the construction industry. Home builder Harbor Homes collaborated with NC-based software company Anewgo to build the iDesign Tool, which allows buyers to digitally select a subdivision lot, floorplan and customized options before signing a contract online. The platform includes contracts and pricing into the digital experience.
