Startup Drone Wash is hoping to roll out this tech amid skyrocketing liability insurance premiums for window cleaning companies. Founder Andrew Brain said the firm plans to seek angel investor funding and acquire three to four more drones later this year.

Researchers focused on the five-year changes in property values, community assets and tax rates, which can demonstrate the growth, investments and cost of doing business in a community.
