$30M funding round for Nice Healthcare
MINNEAPOLIS, MN–Nice Healthcare, which specializes in providing healthcare benefits to small and medium-sized businesses, has closed a $30 million Series A funding round. The round was led by DNA Capital, with participation from existing investors Waterline Ventures, Conductive Ventures, and Santa Barbara Venture Partner and new investors Brown Venture Group, F.R. Bigelow Foundation, Daren Cotter, and Eddie Cisneros.
AI-driven genomics company lands $20M
ANN ARBOR, MI–Genomenon Inc., an artificial intelligence (AI)-driven genomics company based in Ann Arbor, has completed a $20 million Series B financing round led by Farmington Hills-based Beringea U.S. The funds will be used to expand the company’s commercial operations and the development of its genomic data hub, which serves genetic testing labs, hospitals, pharmaceutical, and biopharma companies.
Cleveland’s MediView XR lands $9.9M
CLEVELAND, OH—Medtech company MediView XR closed on a $9.9 million round of SAFE financing syndicated by private investment firm Inside View Investments. MediView is combining augmented reality with surgical navigation to provide surgeons and healthcare professionals revolutionary 3D “X-Ray vision” through the skin for minimally invasive procedures.
